When you create a bill of sale, we collect:

• Seller and buyer information (names, addresses, emails, phone numbers, etc.)
• Vehicle details (VIN, year, make, model, color, odometer, etc.)
• Sale details (price, date, terms)
• Electronic signatures (captured as images on your device)
• Technical data (IP address, browser type, timestamps)

We do not collect full credit card numbers. Stripe handles payment processing securely. We do not require accounts or passwords.

• To generate and deliver your PDF and Word document
• To process your $9.99 payment
• To provide customer support
• For basic fraud prevention and service improvement

We use trusted providers including:

• Stripe (payments)
• Hosting and database services

These companies process data on our behalf under strict agreements and their own privacy policies. We do not sell your personal data.

We keep transaction data for up to 30 days after download (so you can re-access files if needed). After that, we may retain minimal records for accounting and legal compliance. You can request deletion by contacting us.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data by emailing hello@elementra.io. If you are in the EU, UK, or California, you have additional rights under GDPR or CCPA/CPRA. Contact us to exercise them.
